Earn 1 extra credit for each place where you cross-post your review (Amazon.com/.co.uk/.ca, Barnes & Noble, Itunes, Kobo, Goodreads/Shelfari/LibraryThing, etc.)

I STILL don’t see ANY form to list these on after trying 4 different ways to acess it. There is no form That I can see.
