I recommend it for those who want to know what to expect if they travel to France. I liked it!
The book is thoroughly charming and engaging.
Like its predecessor it’s wonderfully funny and full of wry observations about his host nation and the idiosyncrasies of its people that make them so very fascinating – and French.
The reader can get lost in the life of living in France with Keith’s many descriptive references and beautiful scenery.
I really enjoyed being back with Keith and Val and look forward to more adventures from them in the future.
