FIRST CHAPTER FIRST PARAGRAPH

Falling for Provence

when I entered moments before,

TEASER TUESDAY

A Season of Surprises

Katherine stared intently past Philippe. Her attention had been diverted to a parking lot on the other side of the narrow road and up a bit from where they sat. A loud argument appeared to be underway, with two men shoving each other and a woman with long blonde hair attempting to intercede.

Eyes wide with surprise, Kat sputtered,  “Isn’t … isn’t … that the nasty looking fellow we saw at Carnaval when we caught a glimpse of Delphine and you took off after them?”

“Mon Dieu!” Philippe gulped. “I think you are right.”

The blonde-haired woman had turned so she was now facing the terrace. She was speaking aggressively to the men and shaking her head, as she gesticulated wildly with her hands.
